Parking

Grace UMC has three parking lots; one on the north side, one on the south side and two on the east side.  Accessible parking spots are located in each lot.

Entering the Church

The east and west entrances to the church are open on Sunday. Upon entering the east lobby, a greeter is available to direct you to worship. Access to the elevator is located at this entrance. The Jefferson Street west entrance is unlocked on Sundays only. These doors may be used if you are able to navigate stairs.

As a Visitor

You will not be asked to stand up or to wear a red ribbon, but you may be greeted and welcomed by any number of our church family.

Sunday Worship

There are greeters at the doors as you enter on Sunday mornings who can help you find your way. Upon entering the sanctuary, you will be greeted and handed a bulletin that will give you all the information you will need to participate in the worship service.

Dress

We have no dress code! Suits or jeans, wear whatever you feel comfortable in as you worship God.

Holy Communion

We practice open communion. You do not need to be a member of Grace Church to participate. Communion is served on the first Sunday of the month.

Children

We love children and consider them a vital part of our church family.  There are children’s worship bags in the welcome center that will help your child connect with the service.

Diversity

People come to our church from all over our community. Some people walk to church and others drive past many other churches to come here because they want to be a part of a unique experience. We believe and work hard at “Embracing All People.” Every person is a child of God, and we accept them as they are. We are diverse in theology. John Wesley believed that “In essentials unity, in non-essentials freedom, in all things charity.” That is what we strive for at Grace Church.  All Are Welcome!
